General Plant Care Based on Experience:  

  • Always water plants for the first three days after transplant.  

  • Spring & Fall: Water every 2 - 3 days. Plants in containers will require water at least a day sooner.  If in containers, water every day during heat waves of temperatures above 90°F. Always check soil moisture if you are unsure.

  • Summer: This is when temperatures rise above 90°F, therefore water every day. 

  • Winter: Water once - twice a week.  Always check soil moisture if you are unsure. 

  • Plant is drought tolerant once established after 1 - 2 years.
